About Us

Why Students on Tour NZ?

We are a teacher-led company specialising in creating fun, engaging, and value-packed tours. With our background in education, we have a deep understanding of the unique needs of international students and design our tours to provide an unforgettable experience tailored specifically to meet those needs.

I notice that some of your tours look a bit different than other providers?

That’s right! As seasoned travelers and educators, we have an in-depth understanding of New Zealand and what makes it truly special. We go beyond the typical tourist attractions, curating unique activities that we know our students will love and appreciate. Unlike many other travel companies, we go the extra mile to uncover hidden gems and create experiences that are both memorable and meaningful for the students in our care. Our Underworld Adventures in Charleston, one of the standout highlights of our South Island tour, perfectly exemplifies our commitment to uncovering hidden gems. Tucked away on the West Coast, Charleston may not make it onto the typical tourist websites, but it’s a breathtakingly beautiful small town brimming with charm and character. This off-the-beaten-path destination offers a truly unique and unforgettable experience.
