All tours are led by qualified, New Zealand-registered teachers who are experts in working with international students. We follow comprehensive health and safety guidelines, which are reviewed annually and independently audited.
Trained Guides
Our guides are first aid trained, police-vetted, and fully licensed to ensure the highest standard of care. All tours are led by a New Zealand registered teacher.
Transport Standards
Travel is arranged in comfortable, well-maintained vehicles driven by professional, licensed drivers familiar with New Zealand’s unique road conditions. Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.
Accommodation
- Students stay in 3–4 star hotels in twin or triple-share rooms to ensure comfort and security.
- Rooms are same-gender only. When staying in multi-level accommodations, students are housed on the same floor for a more inclusive and safe environment.
- All accommodation providers are carefully audited to meet our high standards for safety and quality.
Cultural and Educational Experiences
We pride ourselves on creating trips that go beyond sightseeing. Our tours combine stunning landscapes, exciting activities, and enriching cultural experiences that give students a deeper understanding of New Zealand’s unique heritage. Every one of our trips is reviewed by an ESOL teacher to maximize English language learning opportunities.

- Medical Support: First aid-trained guides and robust emergency procedures are in place for all tours.
- Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants, ensuring coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unexpected events.
Communication During Tours
Parents are welcome to contact our team for updates during tours. We also encourage students to stay in touch via their own devices, where possible.
